Projects Director responsible for Project Management and Construction Management services. Profit and loss responsibility for major projects. Leadership and direction of professional design, project management and construction staff on multiple stakeholder projects. Co-ordination and liaison of multi-disciplinary design teams, construction staff and Client bodies. Development of Programme Management business and systems.

Seconded to a multi-million pound development programme as Head of Construction responsible for the programme management of all Construction work across Aldermaston and Burghfield. This programme of work includes the multi-million pound build of new research and operational facilities together with the upgrading of existing buildings and utility services. The estate comprises of 750 acres and 225 acres respectively and accommodates over 1,100 buildings. Role requires project management integration and the management of a Construction department of 200 across the programme with around 40 active construction sites and approx £200m in build at any one time.
